Minna is a graduate of Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, Virginia. She joined Summit in 2005, and was previously employed as Grants Director for the Greater Memphis Arts Council. She is married to Alan and they have a college age son, Andrew. They are members of Idlewild Presbyterian Church.
