It takes more than one person to manage the investments of our clients.  One of the Principals of the firm, Steve, Alex, Lance or John, supervises the investment decisions, client service and financial planning provided to each client.  The day-to-day responsibility for every client relationship and investment portfolio is assigned to either Alex, Steve, Lance, Sarah, John or Amery, the professional members of the firm.

Summit's Investment Committee, consisting of the professional members of the firm, sets the investment policy of the firm.  The Investment Committee makes decisions about which managers to use, the specific weightings of our asset allocation alternatives, and when to take advantage of shorter-term investment opportunities.  The Investment Committee also monitors the consistency of performance for all clients.  Decisions are made based on analysis we perform ourselves, outside research sources and feedback from investment managers.

Lance Hollingsworth manages the operations and technology of the firm.  He plays an important role on the team that manages your investments.

Minna Glenn is our Client Service Assistant who interacts with Schwab Institutional and the professionals at Summit to provide account service and other kinds of administrative assistance.
